Newly furnished and refitted throughout, it offers the conveniences of a modern bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare a lunch or dinner for those occasions, when the short walk to the local restaurant appears longer than it really is (5 mins).

The balcony provides front row seating of the visual spectacle of the natural surroundings in the valley below and mountains above, but for those seeking more entertainment, there is WIFI Internet Access, a TV and Ipod to enjoy in the comfort of the living room.

“We had a lovely week in the 2 bedroom apartment at Casa Appeninnia. The apartment is beautifully finished and extremely spacious. We had everything we needed and the view over the mountains was stunning. Brian, the owner, was very friendly and approachable and happy to answer any questions regarding the property or surrounding area. He also changed our towels whenever we wanted which was a welcome service. The house is easily accessible and just a short drive from the village of Albaretto (or a 15 minute walk).
